The client wanted an American-style house – a large two-storey house with a double garage. The steep terrain and the extended brief led to a design with two storeys at the front and three at the back with an articulated staircase as a main vertical element. They were heartily welcomed by the client.

The construction was interrupted after the erection of the first storey due to the Global economic crisis. The project is discontinued.
