A house for a family of four, intended to accommodate also the future families of the two kids. There are three apartments – the main one is on the ground floor and the two other ones are above it. In order to have the same characteristics, the two apartments have the same layouts but mirrored along the central axis of the building. Each of them is arranged on two storeys with its own internal stair.

The second version of the façade shows the house with stone masonry and wood bracing, called “santrachi” – characteristic for the Bulgarian traditional architecture.
