The building was in the early stages of construction when the clients negotiated the acquisition of one more room from the neighbour apartment which spans one full axis of the floor plan.

Full remodelling of the floor plans of the two apartments. New entrance with a wardrobe and closet. Enlargement of the living room. Redesign of the bedrooms.
